Price Fall For Cafe At Valentine

FORMER Squids Ink owners Rob and Ronnie Antill have reduced by $20,000 the price of their Valentine cafe to $69,000.

Vessel, at 3/28 Allambee Place, has a three-year lease to September 2010.

Listed with Ray White Commercial's Paul Hoare and Faye Johnstone, the business turns over about $200,000 a year, and pays rent of $1336 a month, plus GST and outgoings.

Equipment including cool rooms, a new stove and a $20,000 sound system were included in the sale, Mr Hoare said.

Run by the couple for the past three years, Vessel seats up to 20 inside and 20 alfresco.

Mr Hoare said the business would suit a husband-and-wife team. The Antills are selling up to travel overseas.
